What’s the purpose: Resolve problem with freezing of Updater App
During use of Android phone it’s Updater app stop working – when you start it, you have to wait for a time and then only see message System apps updater isn’t responding with two buttons – Wait and OK. If you click on OK, the app will close and if you choose Wait – all will continue in the same way – wait for some time and see this error message again.
Clearing cache for Updater app isn’t change anything. When you click on Settings -> System apps updater you can see red circle with number of existing updates , but when click on it you receive screen with freeze picture – tabbing on Update or <- back arrow don’t work – after some time you can see the message from picture bellow :
Solution is to uninstall the updates of the system app updater !!! This must be done by tabbing Setting-> Apps -> Manage apps and click on three dots in upper right corner of screen – then choose Show all apps and in search write Updater and choose Uninstall updates as on the picture bellow :
